Organizations, teams and reports
Workspaces, inviting teammates, roles, and branded client reports.
Organizations
Sites, audits, settings and budgets belong to an organization. Signing up creates your personal workspace. If you are a member of several organizations, switch between them with the switcher in the sidebar; everything you see belongs to the selected one.
Inviting teammates
Owners invite teammates in Settings → Organization → Invite a teammate. The invite is a one-time link for that email address, valid for 7 days; share it directly. The invited person signs in with that email and accepts.

| Owner | Everything, plus invites, alert settings, AI budget and provider keys, report branding. Receives alert, digest and monthly emails. |
| Member | Sites, audits, issues, recommendations (including approving and rejecting), chat, drafts, research and their own API tokens. |
Client reports
Every site has a print-ready report covering 7, 28 or 90 days: score trend, search performance, top issues, backlinks, competitors and AI visibility. Open it with the Report button at the top of any site page, then save it as PDF from the browser.
Owners set the company name, logo, accent colour and footer in Settings → Report branding, and can turn on a monthly report email.
